American Canine Registry aka: 'ACR' is family owned and operated. 

There are no board members as all family members and employees share the responsibilities to assure that everything within the registry works in a smooth and orderly fashion.

We feel that allowing all personnel to use their judgment in applying the rules, regulations and goals of 'ACR' allow us to run a more effecient service.  Should the need arise that requires a decision to be made that is not covered in our rules and Regulations then a prompt meeting of the personnel and family can be arranged without having to await a scheduled

board meeting.

'ACR' does not get involved in breeder disputes that does not include an 'ACR' registered/registerable dog which allows us the freedom of sharing equal responsibilities without having an established board.

'ACR' calls upon personnel and family opinions on any matters that have not already been addressed or situations that require a judgement call based on the circumstances involved.

'ACR's' owners have been in the dog industry for over 35 years and have built 'ACR' based on their knowledge and experience in the dog industry.

'ACR' was established on the basis of what we felt was the basic information that breeders needed to 'breed to better the breed' and then went furthur to be assured that we met those needs.

"ACR" was founded and will continue to run DEBT FREE.  This assures our breeders that "ACR" will never be in financial trouble and will be around to continue issuing registeration papers, documenting your dogs data and assisting our breeders.
