Litter Registration - To apply for papers on a litter of puppies.  Litter Papers $25.00.

                                 1.  Litter Registration form is 2 sided.  Both sides must be filled out in full.

                                       A.  Front side has the dam, sires and litter registration information.

                                       B.  Back side has the puppy information on it.

 

Litter Disposition - To be used by the breeder to keep up with the transfer of puppies to new

                          owners.

                           Required to be kept in the breeders files for a minimum of 7 years.

 

Dual Registration - To be used to apply for dual registration of a dog who is already documented

                           through another BYA recognized registry.

                                   1.  Dual Registration - $25.00

                          2.  Coat Color & Pattern, nose color, eye color and coat type must be clearly

                           written on paperwork.

                          3.  Microchip required - Microchip number must be documented on paperwork.

 

Transfer of Ownership - To be used to transfer a dog already registered with BYA to a new owner.

                                    1.  Transfer of ownership cost $25.00.

                            2.  Original Certificate of Registration is required to be submitted for

                                         dog to be transferred to new owner.

Submission Methods

Email - Certain forms may be emailed to BYA at the follow email addresses for Express Service:

              1.  Express Litter Registration - byalitterpapers@americancanineregistry.com

              2.  Express Dual Registration - byadualregistration@americancanineregistry.com

Express Service requires a Green Dot Money Pak payment of $25.00 per application at the time of

submission.  Green Dot Money Paks can be purchased at Wal-Mart, CVS Pharmacy, Walgreens and

other locations.  Applications submitted without a valid Money Pak authorization code will not be

processed. 

                 All forms must be signed.

                 Express Applications do not qualify for any bonus programs.

US Mail - 1.  Transfer of Ownership can not be submitted by email.  These forms must be submitted

                     through US mail with the Original Certificate of Registration accompanying the transfer

                     of ownership form filled out in it's entirety along with the required transfer fee. 

 

               2.  All forms may be submitted via US mail.  Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks for

                       return of documents.

Membership - BYA does not have any members or membership fees.  Registration is a privilege.

                     BYA reserves the right to revoke, cancel or change any Certificate Of Registration at any time.

                          BYA furthermore reserves the right to reject registration to any individual at their discretion.
