HPA is solely owned by the American Canine Registry and has no members.
The Director is here to help you with any questions that you might have that apply to HPA.
HPA is a non-political association and refrains from discussing other clubs and/or registries.
The HPA will issue all paperwork - the Director can not.
Keep in mind that the Director is a non-paid voluntary position so may not be readily available at all times.
The HPA email box is monitored by ACR and HPA personnel.
