HPA is solely owned by the American Canine Registry and has no members.
The Director is here to help you with any questions that you might have that apply to BYA.
BYA is a non-political association and refrains from discussing other clubs and/or registries.
The BYA will issue all paperwork - the Director can not.
Keep in mind that the Director is a non-paid voluntary position so may not be readily available at all times.
The email box is monitored by ACR and BYA personnel when the Director is not available.
